How to Enter
Please complete the following steps and make sure that you have the chance of winning a gala award at the Professional Clothing Awards 2012.
1.
Fill out ALL of the questions using only the space provided.
2.
Include/upload any supporting evidence of the product, component or process, for example photographs, videos, drawings, graphics, notes, calculations, plans, media representation.
3.
Submit your completed form and supporting evidence online at www.professionalclothingawards.com or by post to SATRA Technology Centre by the deadline: Monday 28th November.
4.
Where possible, send physical samples of products, materials or components (if it is relevant to the category that you have entered) to SATRA Technology Centre at the following address:

Please include your name, company, contact details and ensure that all items are clearly marked and easily identified. The entrant takes full responsibility for any cost of delivery and return and insurance. See terms and conditions. The applicant can post their physical sample with a hard copy of the application form or if they are applying online, the sample can be sent in the post separately.
